We understand that unexpected situations may occur, and this policy ensures fair handling of cancellations and refunds.

Notice before 72 hours:
Eligible for a refund after deducting preparation, travel, or material charges.
Notice between 24–72 hours:
50% refund of the paid amount.
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show:
No refund, as arrangements and preparations are already in place.
(Astrology Consultation, Numerology, Online Reiki, Online Remedies, Report Creation, etc.)
More than 24 hours’ notice:
Full refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Only rescheduling will be allowed.
Refund is not applicable.
Refunds are processed only when cancellation meets the above conditions.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Services that have already begun or are fully completed.
Customized rituals, remedies, or sessions requiring special materials.
Energy kits, yantras, crystals, or items once prepared or energized.
Donations or offerings made during rituals.
Clients may reschedule once, if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling depends on the practitioner’s availability and suitable timing/energetic alignment.
If a rescheduled service is later canceled, no refund will be issued.
If Astro Reiki Tantra is unable to provide a service due to unforeseen conditions such as:
Practitioner illness
Technical issues
Travel delays
Natural calamities
Emergency situations
